If you are having problems with any technology at NVCS:

Most Issues:


  • Email: from your NVCS email account.
  • Include the following information:
    • Email subject: Short Description of the problem
    • Email body: Detailed description of the issue including:
      • Your room # or office location
      • Item/Device having issues
      • Description of what you are trying to do
      • The problem that happens when you try to do this
      • The content of any error messages you receive
      • The level of urgency
